European shares were even worse off -- Germany, the UK, France all down more than 1 percent. Take us through the global trade.<br />Now, on the Korean markets. The story's been a little different here today.<br />We're going to hear from the Bank of Korea tomorrow on interest rates. The consensus is that they'll stay at 1-and-3-quarters percent. Do you think that's the case, and what's the reasoning at the BOK?<br />
